We design digitally - from concept to completion
We design in a fully digital environment, working within the BIM ecosystem and using advanced tools such as Revit, Civil 3D, Dynamo, MagiCAD, and Navisworks. We utilize and create our own point clouds, 3D scans, and digital models, enabling seamless interdisciplinary coordination throughout the entire design process.
We also develop proprietary tools, including the Pliker CDE platform for efficient communication and data exchange in investment processes, the BIM Guide to support BIM teams in their daily work, and rms.guide, a solution for effective monitoring, control, and management of energy-generating installations.

As Industria, we actively develop our own digital tools - collaborating with a software development company to build solutions that support both design and investment process management.
In parallel, we conduct research and development in cooperation with universities and research institutes. We have a dedicated team specializing in acquiring and managing grant funding. We support the creation and execution of innovative projects financed through national and European programs.
Genetic Algorithms – Designing the Future
In modern design, tools that enable not only creation but also analysis and optimization are playing an increasingly important role. Among these are genetic algorithms - solutions inspired by the mechanisms of evolution and natural selection.
We apply them within parametric environments such as Dynamo to automatically generate multiple design variants. This allows us to compare functional layouts, optimize system configurations, analyze costs, and tailor designs to environmental conditions and investor requirements.

With 3D models and VR technology, investors can experience their projects in a realistic form as early as the conceptual phase.
